She is board-certified and has extensive expertise in the Department of Labor’s Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (DOL-OWCP) for federal workers’ compensation cases. Dr. Felicie is known for her ability to help patients obtain OWCP claim approval, ensuring that federal employees injured on the job have a smooth path to recovery. Dr. Pominville is a leading physical therapist, published course instructor, and a well-known speaker at health professional conventions who specializes in OWCP claims. He helps many USPS, BOP, VA, and other federal employees receive the care they need.

He gained interest in helping federal employees after having several federal clients who had to pay out of pocket for medical expenses because they could not get their cases approved. It was at this point that he vowed he would learn everything he could to help federal employees receive the benefits and medical treatment they deserve.

Dr. Harper is a well sought after speaker in his efforts to educate the community to not only get out of pain but achieve a better, healthier, quality of life. For his dedication, Lawson State Community College awarded Dr. Harper with a plaque of appreciation for his commitment to improving the overall health and well-being of those in the community.

Ashley Walker, Nurse Practitioner

Ashley is a caring healthcare professional with a strong background in nursing, occupational therapy, and orthopedics. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, specializing in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care. Before joining our team, Ashley worked with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), helping patients get their cases approved and guiding them through recovery. She’s passionate about helping each patient heal, move better, and live without pain.

Lily Brent, Case Manager

Lily Brent is the Case Manager at Mississippi Federal Injury Doctors, where she assists injured federal employees throughout their workers' compensation journey. She coordinates patient care, referrals, medical documentation, and communication to ensure every patient receives the attention and support they deserve. With a strong background in customer service, organization, and military service, Lily is dedicated to providing compassionate, efficient care while helping patients navigate the OWCP process with confidence.
